Jung Library
LIBRARY OPEN DAY and BOOK SALE
Come along and spend some time at the Jung Society Library. See the rearrangement of the library, organized by categories and themes such as Fairytales, Myths, Archetypes, Astrology, and Spirituality. Browse the shelves. See what books call to you. Flick through them, wander around, find a spot to sit and look more closely. Enjoy tea, coffee and cake and the company of others. Look through our remarkable collection of journals, such as Harvest, Journal of Analytic Psychology, and Spring. Some date back to 1942, when very little of Jung had been published, and it was in these journals that the early conversations, lectures and experiences of people are recorded. Library Members can borrow up to four books for a month.
Books for sale. We have quite a few that have been generously donated to the library and are either surplus or doubles. Books by Marie Louise von Franz, Edward Edinger, James Hillman, Marion Woodman, Robert Johnson and Jung plus many more including three copies of Landmarks, a collection of papers by twelve ANZSJA Analysts published in 2001.
SPECIAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT 3:00pm. We will hold a very brief special meeting of members to vote on adopting the new Association Model Rules. Members will be notified. We look forward to seeing you there!
